A bit about the role:
Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting a Senior Manager to lead Immutable’s Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will lead a team to (1) manage short-range (1-year) planning for full P&L and cash, (2) work closely with Platform, Studio and sales (GTM) teams to manage performance to meet/exceed targets, and (3) provide reporting, analysis and recommendations to management and the Board to support decision making. This is a critical recursive function that informs continuous improvement in business performance in service to the attainment of our short-range and long-term goals.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and evolve short-term (1-year) company planning and forecasting processes to inform performance targets
  • Guide efficient resource allocation across the business, ensuring that opex is re/prioritised to the highest impact/ROI investment areas
  • Provide insightful monthly reporting to leaders and Board to update on business performance
  • Regularly review business drivers with leadership to track performance and support ongoing operating improvements in service to goal attainment
  • Provide financial and analytical support to solve tough problems and influence decision making
  • We would love you to have:

  • At least 8 years of work experience in accounting, finance and/or strategy-based roles, ideally with at least 2-3 years in Finance in a technology business
  • Experience managing junior team members
  • Extensive financial modelling experience
